We are planning to introduce our Conference Interpreting Program in 2024. Conference interpreting is a demanding occupation practiced by highly trained professionals. Since most of this work is done simultaneously, using headphones and microphones inside a booth, there is no direct communication between the interpreter and the speaker. Training for this type of interpreting requires many hours of practice, much of it using a real interpreters’ booth and equipment. In general it must be said that you should be a trained and experienced interpreter before you seek to specialize in conference interpreting.
The list of courses shown below is very incomplete and will be expanded as we develop the course descriptions and content.
